Roles and Responsbilites
  • Creating Isolated test environment: Installing and configuring Windows 2008/2012 Enterprise Server ADDS, DHCP, DNS, NPS, IIS and CA Roles and services. Configure the Test product with testing network.
  • Executing Manual test cases and Automated test scripts on test product for testing bonjour (mDNS) protocols by different scenarios like link local address allocation, hot plugging, manual name change, mixed network interoperability and Testing bonjour(mDNS), HTTP, HTTPS and IPP protocol.
  • Executing Apple iOS, MAC OS x and Android compatibility Manual test cases and raising defect if test case doesn't meet the expected result. Analyzing and Capturing issue/defect logs. Monitoring the raised defects and rerun the defects in bug-fixed delivered build set to close the defect.
  • >Circulate the daily and weekly status report to Program Lead and Reporting Manager.

  • Written and executed 300+ functional and user-acceptance test cases and test scripts for Sonicwall Switch and Sonicwall Access points products prior to release to production.
  • Executed IXIA Veriwave Enterprise Master plan – Conformance, Interoperability, Performance Test plans on SonicWall Access Points. Automated it using TCL scripting.
  • Tested Sonicwall GEN6/7 Firewall features like zones, Failover, Load balancing, SFP/SFP+ interfaces, AAA, VPN, High Availability, and policy-based routing.
  • Reported over 200+ JIRA and worked with developers to identify root cause of issue and resolve it.
  • Engaged internal and external customers during planning and test phases and interfaced with assigned project managers to comply with entry criteria.
